They lie about everything, the waste your time constantly asking personal questions. There is no consistency in their policies. One day you may get what you want the next you may get forked. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

Annoying. Went go set up a certain account, and they try to sell everything else. The new account guy hands me the phone saying I need to speak to a rep. and its some guy trying to sell me insurance. Ok, then it happens again, but now for a credit monitoring service that he's trying to push. It took me one hour to fill out the credit application because of this crap. Oh and now I'm getting spam calls from the bank about the insurance. Just unprofessional.

I went in to deposit a check and Sean told me I couldn't deposit it because it only had my first intials and last name. I have been depositing the same check for over a year and have been a customer for 7 years. He basically accused me of lying, stating that no one would ever deposit a check like this and he's seen millions of paycheck and no one has this. Well Sean I'm not lying, another branch deposited my check and you're a douche bag.
