Arrowhead Credit Union in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

I LOVE MY CREDIT UNION! I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE BAD REVIEWS. I WAS WITH BOFA A LONG TIME AGO AND THEY CHARGED ME $35 A DAY UNTIL I PAID IT BACK. I'M HAPPY ARROWHEAD GIVES ME A CHANCE TO PAY IT BACK AND I LIKE HOW IF I EMAIL THEM AND TELL THEM WHEN I AM GETTING PAID. THEY DO ME A SOLID! THIS BANK IS BEYOND THE BEST. I'VE EVER HAD! I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE. AND THEY'RE NOT RAN BY GREEDY JEWS!

I'm a shared branch member with another credit union. I went to exchange $800 in 20 dollar bills for larger bills before I flew out of the country. They only allowed me to change $500 of it, they said there was a $500 dollar limit. LIMIT FOR WHAT??!! EXCHANGING CASH??!! IT'S A BANK!!!! THE TELLER DIDNT EVEN TRY TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING SHE COULD DO.... Update: I just got a few more hundred dollars out just to see, and CHASE happily exchanged $600 without even a blink, thanks for the extra stop before I rush to the airport Arrowhead......

This is by far my best banking experience. I usually can just walk in and be out in five minutes and the staff is always very courteous and friendly. I walk in there with ease knowing that it will NOT be this horrible experience. I can appreciate that, especially when life itself can be so busy. Thank you Arrowhead for providing that comfort for me!

The employees are cool. But there is always a ridiculous line. They usually have 3 people working with 4 open teller windows. Clearly they need to schedule more employees on Fridays.

Great service. Not alot of fee like most banks and other credit unions. I've been with them for over 10 years now and have never had a issue.
