I can't believe I am stuck with this CU just because they bought out Gold West Cities CU. None of their phones are answering and out of service and I can't even log on to my account online. I'm starting to wonder if they are out of business. I wish they offered a zero star rating because that is what I would give them. I never had any problem with Golden West after over 20 years. No one answers their customer service line. I have 2,000 dollars sitting in my account that I need urgently and can't even withdraw 20. No holds or pending transactions. I'm trying to call and no dammm answer if I can't pay for my dad's medication and he gets more ill you trust and believe I'm going to sue this bank!!! Had about enough of them not being able to service their customers NO issue at all with Western Federal CU.
