I was waiting for 38 min to see a "personal banker" though they are called member service reps just same as tellers. I finally got up to see if one of the tellers that was open can just open this account in a hurry since I knew exactly what I wanted and money was in my bag burning a hole. I waited until teller told this older white lady that I had been waiting a while. The old bag looked at me and scoffed, didn't even go tell me personally sorry for the wait..nothing. Instead told the teller (and I could hear this), "tell her to wait another 10-15 mins." No one else in the branch. No manager appears to be around, and the teller comes to tell me another 10 mins. I told her I was in a hurry, had to do more errands and I've opened accounts in a matter if 2 mins before, no need for a sales pitch. I briefly talked to a financial advisor i knew and had seen before at that branch and talked a bit about my options but I wanted that money liquid in a money market. I guess Patelco customer service has gone to hell like all changes they have made. They are Patelco bank, worse wait even than wells fargo crooks. I guess they are too good for my miney. I might try uncle credit union or invest elsewhere.

I love this bank. The staff here are always pleasant. I don't live in the area and visit this location seldom. Once I hadn't been here for two years and the staff recognized me and asked about my family. I was blown away. Very personal, family feel to this Credit union.
