Schools Financial Credit Union in Placerville, CA

This is the worst bank in California. Disrespectful, and always rushing me whenever I walk in. They seem annoyed to help out. I hate this place and will never be coming back..... I would give it no stars if I could.

Really bad place for business accounts. I was moving over my business and personal accounts to this institution and first thing I noticed was that I could not view them both (online) with 1 login ID. Had to have a separate login for each account (annoying). Then when I started making my business deposits they said I would have a 3 business day hold on checks (they tell me this AFTER I started moving everything, fine whatever. Turns out they still don't release the entire amount, had to wait a total of 10 days before my check (from a major national title company) was available (would have been nice to know before I started moving everything). I discussed situation with local branch person, she says "sorry that's our policy". Thanks for the big waste of time, now I have to move everything again...

Always have been helpful whether I am at the tellers window or opening a new account.

Tried 4-5 times to open online, why it kept rejecting i don't know & no one at Schools was able to tell me. I have dealt with banks & Credit Unions for more years than I care to admit & was moving to Diamond Springs & I wanted to transfer from a credit union back East that I belonged to for 40+ years but don't think this one will be for me. Too bad Schools you need to improve your online applications!

After having a very unsettling experience with my previous bank, U.S bank. I decided to give Schools Credit union a try. The banker Jenny that helped us was very nice handled all my questions and concerns professionally and with great care. Switching banks is usually a pain and something most people dread having to do. I was very satisfied with how fast and smooth it all went and being able to get everything switched to the way I needed it the first time. I have heard many great things so I decided to give it a go. I highly recommended them. And will gladly be choosing them for all financial needs moving forward! It's nice to know we still have great organizations in this small community that we can all rely on! Thank you Schools for going above and beyond to satisfy customers needs!
