Bank of America Financial Center in Placerville, CA

Not enough tellers!

First I will say that the tellers and officers in Placerville get a 5 star rating. My family have been using the placerville B of A's for over 65 years. A fue months ago the South West branch was closed with the Sacrament branch the last B of A in Placerville. We often due bank buisness on Saturday's, however the Sacramento branch is no longer open saturday's. About two week's ago, while standing in line, I was informed I needed to start doing my banking buisness on line. I will not do my transactions on a computer any more due to security breaks and fraud. (I have tried using the banks ATM in the past with a check being lost for over two months befor they found it in the bottom of the ATM, thus I want a one on one with a living person for my banking needs's.) How soon before we have to close our account's and go back to cash only? Then how soon before cash will no longer be available? Darrell Reeder

This bank is aweful! Long lines and long wait. The people that work there are rude and stuck up. Last time i went there the teller insuniated i had a sugar daddy and proceded to tell me that she used to have a sugar daddy because i told her i dident have a job and my boyfriend supported me. I used to bank here and the overdraft fees were out of this world . Scammers! I would never bank here and id rather go to a check cashing store to cash a check . Totally bad experience!
