Unprofessional and rude and does not abide by the law . honestly if I were a company looking for a collection agency I would not chose them . There employees make people who probably would pay their bill NOT pay just because they are so rude and unlawful.

UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR ON THEIR PART. I was lied to and told I could not pay the creditor directly. I contacted the creditor and they took my payment. I then contacted Action UNprofessionals to inquire about any further charges and was told I had interest outstanding, I paid that. They sent me back the payment and told me they would accept the payment but yet still charge me daily interest??? Thats against the law. They are horrible women with nothing better to do then create bad blood between their office and the public. I would be embarrassed to admit if I worked there. BEWARE OF THEM

I owed a local business $1,000.00. I had paid this collection agency $850.00 and got a statement from them showing the remaining $150.00 due, Plus a added $550.00 in interest!! This making the remaining total I still them $700.00!! When I attempted to explain the circumstances and the reasons I felt this was unjust,the lady would not let me speak and kept 'talking over' me. These people should be closed down by the federal government for usury violation.
