Couldn't be more satisfied in all respects, rates, service, etc

We have been members with Lockheed (now Logix) for 10+ years. We could not be happier. The people treat you as though you are somebody - many even knowing us by name. Wonderful service, great rates, all kinds of perks. (water, pens, rewards, etc.) Even when you call the 800 number for the main office in Burbank - their service is also exceptional. The re-branding and new website was a change - most people don't do well with change. Get over it. However, it went very smoothly considering how much they had to deal with. We've recommended several family members who have also been extremely happy (new home loans, new CDs...) You could not ask for more.

There really should be a six–star review option for those who've gone above and beyond the call of duty to deliver customer service par excellence. Such was the service I received from Drew Barrett and his team at the Logix Pasadena branch. Under Drew's leadership and guidance the team navigated the several challenges and pitfalls inherent to any mortgage lending and helped ease the process for my girlfriend and I to buy our new home. A member since 2009, I've always had wonderful customer service at Logix, but Drew deserves an award being a banking superhero. Not only will I recommend Logix to my friends and family, I will tell them all what excellent service I received from Drew and his team at the Pasadena branch. Thanks Logix!
