It's about that time again! Suddenly, I cannot login to my online banking account, for no apparent reason. I've tried to reset my password well over a dozen times to no avail, even after answering the FOUR security questions (IT'S OVERKILL GUYS!!!), and when it came time to set a new password, I followed the instructions with great regard, and every time it fails and sends me back to the beginning. WORSE ONLINE BANKING WEBSITE ON EARTH (I'm pretty sure, it's hard to screw up this badly).

Just completed a mortgage refinancing with E Central. Everyone was professional and kept me fully informed every step of the way. The deal was complete in 30 days. Last time I refinanced with a major lender it took almost 18 months....that's another story. Highly recommend E Central Credit Union.
