Wells Fargo Bank in Paramount, CA

Great customer service with sarah really helped me allot

I went to this bank and wanted to open a checking account the guy that helped me before asking about what type of account i wanted asked me an unnecessary question that was ....what is more important to you? and hand me a paper with options for example savings,buying a house, loans etc i went for savings and buying a house, so he mistakenly assumed i wanted a savings account and checking account and he opened my account without asking if i wanted a savings accounts. . Honestly i don't like savings accounts because i don't like that thing where they take out money from your checking and transfer it to saving.. but anyways the problem wasn't only that was that they discriminate because i wanted to add my hubby to the account and they said he doesn't qualified. . Seriously do you really need to qualify to open a bank account. .. jeez am not buying a car or getting anything from you.. am making your business. . Is not what banks are for just hold to your money so they can invested and survive in the bussiness... always a bad experience in wells Fargo. ... hate you guys. ... and the worst they are incapable of closing your account the same day your opened they make you come back and waste time gas and life...

If i can give 0 stars i would!!! Worse customer service, you get ignored, bankers are like teenagers, so much laziness, they don't care how big the lines get tellers and bankers just keep chatting in the back, I've been a customer for 8+ years and it's unbelievable the kind of service they have in this branch.

They're pretty nice at this Wells Fargo. Received fast and quality service. If I could only get them to sop trying to offer me an account there everytime.

David Trigueros is the most unprofessional banker I have ever encounter in a Wells Fargo Bank. I have bank for many years in different banks and have never received awful and disgusting service as the one he provided. I came in to the Paramount Bank branch for the first time ever. Made line like everyone else. Got called into the window to process my transaction. The teller called David Trigueros to verify my check and he pulled me out of the window and told me to have a sit and if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. I asked him politely that if he was kicking me out! What the heck gave him the impression that I wanted to leave after I wanted 30 mins in line! Is very unprofessional for him to assume anything . His job is to make sure I have a pleasant visit and return. Not to assume what I want. Recommendation stay away from this branch! They will treat you like if your just another number or they will assume your an ignorant Latino!
