Staff are great and I'd recommend and work with any of them in a heartbeat. Kim, Leann, Blanche are all fantastic!!! However ... Probably a good bank for neighborhood banking but lacks the robustness to service anything more than that. After spending a lot of time to get an account set up I was disappointed to find that BOTW only accepts deposits from their own branded ATMs - not something that is readily available to me here in Pennsylvania. Disappointing performance now that we're in the 21st century.

Very good bank, good friendly staff and the mobile app is top notch. However, if you don't live near the bank you'll have a number of issues with constant fees since their ATMs are not widespread.
