Joseph Fernando (previously of Platinum Home Mortgage) has the worst customer service of anyone I have ever spoke to. Joseph was completely rude to me, said my credit was so bad I was wasting his time (2 errors that were immediately corrected), even hung up the phone on me. I contacted Platinum's corporate office and complained, was convinced to give another broker a chance. With the help of Mark Oaks (also of Platinum) my credit errors were corrected and I was in my new home in less then 4 months. As a disabled veteran of the US Army, 82nd Airborne Division, I would NEVER recommend Joseph for a loan.
