I've been a chase costumer for 8years. When I moved to Palmdale and had to open a savings account. I went to this branch and oh boy they only have one banker that talks to costumers (beside bank teller) I had to wait 30 damn minutes just to open a savings account. There were other 3 bankers that was just standing and talking to each other. Wasted 30mins of my life, I left the branch very disappointed.

The Banker are worse than the DMV. Wait time is horrible. Dont waste your time in less your planning on losing 3hours of your life.

This has been the worse, you sit for an hour and they tell you they can't assist you, this branch has always been very slow and unhelpful.

This branch is terrible. Wait times are always over 30 Minutes for any service or over an hour if you want to open a new account or a simple name change. Do not use this branch. Terrible service and understaffed.
