What a Poorly Managed and Disrespectful Bank. I would never step Foot in that Bank. Today I was Disrespected and Discriminated against. I have been with the Bank for nearly 10 Years and went in to cash a check from my customer and they wouldn't cash it. I have a Business account there and my money should always back up any check I bring in." I don't normally cash checks and this isn't my Home branch." The Manager " Lupe Arciga" is a very Disrespectful Manager and shouldn't be in her position. I am actually seriously considering closing my account for this Disrespect. I asked them if they could call my customer who had written the check and they said they don't do that. I then asked her if I could have him call the Bank and verify the check and she said that would work. I then called my customer and told him the story and he agreed to do that. He called 6 times with no answer and finally got thru. She then verified his info and the told my customer negative things about me saying they don't want me in there bank doing business. Say What! Serious? Never had such a bad experience in my Bank.

They made me wait 1:30 for a bank statement , which I didn't get at the end I was getting ignored, I ask for the manager and she said that she was to busy

Wow..... Only 5 Handicap spots and not one with handicap plates!!!!! The guard is just standing there watching as I parked way out in order to open the side door in order to get the wheelchair lift out.......

Its ridiculous that bank of america has so many windows to attend their customers and every time i come here they only have 2 to 3 windows open.. but this bank is the worst out of all of them!!!
