U.S. Bank Branch in Pacifica, CA

This office gives the feeling of being home, surrounded by friendly people and care, All are knowledgeable on what they are doing and very helpful. Never go any other branch.

Before I was with US Bank, I was with bank of america. Although I generally like US Bank better, I'll keep this review to this location. It's a nice location. Lots of easy parking, I can't recall a time I wasn't able to pull up almost immediately in front. The staff is very nice and friendly. Expect a little bit of conversation if you actually go in and see the tellers. If you use any of the other services, the location is set up as a big open room. So, instead of stepping into someone's office, or cubicle, you are sitting kind of off to the side, at there desk. I prefer it as it feels much more open and friendly. All the staff I have interacted with has been great. My only downside is that the mortgage person is only in pacifica a day or two a week. It makes it a little more difficult to sit down and have a conversation with them.
