I walked looking to open an account having just closed my old one with a different bank. Expecting the same service I recieved with my old bank I was utterly surprised with the service! I told the Representative about my experience with my old bank and the many times that I had been charged for things like replacement checks when I hadn't even recieved my first set of checks which were supposed to be free. He looked shocked that a bank would treat their customers in such a way and assured me that they didn't do those kind of things at Wells Fargo. He took the time to get me set up with the best account for my needs and further went to explain any questions that I had. I was above and beyond happy with the sevice I recieved. I am definatly glad that I chose Wells Fargo!

I was on paperless statements and wasn't watching my checking and savings. Had a few hundred in each account and wasn't using this account. Just received an overdraft notice in my email??? All my money gone. Freaking thieves. A $40 auto payment causing $37 and $14 transfer fees. I don't know. They could have reversed these fees. They kept all that free money. Closed my account. Stay away from The Bank of Thieves. Tell all your friends...
