The banking center itself is good, and the tellers are awesome!! Unfortunately their loans department, is TERRIBLE!!! It is the worst service I have ever received from any bank!!! If you want great service for any loan, try Wells Fargo, People there know what they are doing!! Sorry CBC For the review, but I cannot write a good review for anybody that has such a terrible Loans department!!

I dont know about jorges experience, but i havent had a better experience with a credit union (specifically the consumer loan dept.) Let alone any kind of financial banking institution.. Julie was extremely helpful and understanding of my past credit issues (divorce can really do a number on that) and i could tell she genuinely cared about getting the best deal for me. So far my entire experience with CBC (camarillo branch personnel included) has been wonderful and im glad to take advantage of the services they provide.

I did alot of research and found CBC had very good feedback regarding customer service. I went in and was helped by Ms. Deanna Foster and felt the warmth right off the bat. She was not only spot on with great customer service but she spent that extra time getting to know me personally which made me feel like part of the family. Thank you.

Had an awesome experience with their loan dept. they made it happen asap! No complaints here! Some customers expectations are sometime unreasonable! If you have all needed information then the process should go smoothly. Good credit even better
