Union Yes Federal Credit Union in Orange, CA

My family and I have been with this bank for 20+ years excellent service , tellers have great customer service and they helped me recover my money quick when I had fraudulent activity on my card. Totally trustworthy bank

It's a quiet, out of the way bank.

I had and my vacation pay check and I was told that I could go into the bank and just sign a paper and cash it. So I drove all the way there from Highland California sign paperwork unbeknownst to me that I opened an account. I didn't know I open an account until it was time for me to receive my vacation pay check again and I was told that the bank with held it because of Child Support. Out of 30 years in the Union and getting my vacation pay check 2 times a year I had to start messing with this Bank and now all the sudden I don't get s*** this thing sucks. Now I gotta drive all the way back to the city of Orange too close too stupid account that I never knew I opened.

Horrible. Worst financial institution i have ever been with. Constantly withholding my funds. No after hours service!!! They currently have blocked my account from use at ALL ATM machines and my check deposited yesterday. Have no gas to get to work and am unable to buy food for my wife and 3 children because my card wont work anywhere not even to check my balance. Due to it being after hours there is no one to speak to so i can resolve this and they dont open till 9:30 but i have to be at work by 5. Hope i dont lose my job over not being able to get to work because i cant buy gas. If you come across an incident that causes you to overdraft your account they block your funds to show 0.00 dollars the next week then conveniently 2 days later you have all your money available again, this has happened several times weather or not i have overdrafted my account it consistently happens over the weekend then monday morning when they open your account balance shows hundreds. As for customer service, also horrible unless speaking to a manager. They have hung up on me more times than i can count and have rude attitude. They charge 3 dollors on top of what what ever you have been charged an an atm that is not theirs, and they only have 2 that i have found. 1 in L.A. and the other at 582 union hall

Online banking is a mess. No help whatsoever in a FAQ section and the staff are abrasive and rude. For Christ sake, as a dues paying UNION member you'd think we could get some better service. Maybe Wells Fargo could hold a training session for their employees.
