When I first signed up for a loan with Cash Call, the guy that helps me, Dat, was very helpful. Every time I would call his line for help, questions, or concerns he would always pick up and return my messages. The new guy, Frank, that is assigned to Dat's number picked up and then hung up on me. When I tried calling back, it went straight to his voicemail. I tried calling back numerous times and same thing, rang a few times and went to voicemail. I left a message and hours laterI have not received a return phone call. I tried Googling a number to call and it is the same number I have. Never again will I sign up for a loan with this place!

As a Real Estate Broker for 17+ years I've NEVER experienced such a horrible experience with a lender. Their communication, follow up and professionalism is terrible. I started my process is May 2016 and it's now August 2016 and I'm still getting the run around and promises they can't fulfill. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and/or get the contact information for a supervisor and my request was ignored and the continued aggravation of the run around continues. This has been the most stressful experience I've ever had with a lender and I would never want a first time home buyer or someone that is in escrow to ever experience this frustration. I was just doing a refinance and thought I would try them but it was a big mistake and cost me a lot of time trying to help them do their job and in the end they couldn't complete the loan. The old saying "Something worth having doesn't come FREE" really applies here. You get what you pay for! DON'T USE CASH CALL!!! Do yourself a favor and go through your local bank or a reputable lender you can sit in front of!

I needed cash fast and I wasn't getting paid for 2 weeks. I called cash call and they transferred money into my checking the same day. Great for cash emergencies.
