First off, the staff at this particular branch is great and very helpful. They try their best to get a deal done as easy and smooth as possible. However, their are particular people that work at this company who think they are "the boss" when really they are the certain individuals who will cause a company to lose business. Lex, is a special individual. Hes rude, he has an attitude, and hes a straight up ass! He has HORRIBLE customer service and he is one that I will tell you others to watch out for. Hes pretty much the "crook" of the company.
