So I went from a 1 star to a 5 star extremely fast. I was extremely upset that my 1 week old car was damaged by the detail department . Speaking to Irma was possibly the best thing the company had to offer. Her skills and quick response time to me was super professional. Give this woman a raise because not only did she fix the issue with my car but unlike most people, she actually went the extra mile to fix my issue. I am filled with joy that someone knows my pain and like I stared my car is brand new how could someone mess it up so fast right? Irma took care of the issue and I want the general manager and hopefully the upper ups that work at Nissan see that they have a very good employee there working for them. Not only to show people what Nissan can do for the customers but as well show that Nissan is a good business for friends and family to come and work with them. 5 stars for Irma most of all. Thank you for fixing my Altima issue.

Came here to purchase a 2017 Altima,ended up getting a super black midnight edition. Noticed a couple scratches before leaving the dealer we got it fixed with the detailing department. Well when I got home in direct sunlight the scratches and swirl marks were more noticeable. I had an appointment with the tint department Wednesday morning decided to make another appointment for the detailing department to get rid of the scratches that were there already. Well after a few hours of waiting for both services to be done my car is covered in even more noticeable scratches and swirl markings all over the hood. As mad as I was my husband and I left the dealer extremely upset not wanting to deal with anyone. When we got home we decided to call sales department and a couple other reps of Empire Nissan. We came upon a nice lady named Irma who helped us with the frustrations we had. She managed to speak to the general manager about our situation and both went that extra mile to help and get our issues resolved. After all I'm satisfied with the care and interest they have for their customers satisfaction. Definitely referring my friends and family here.
