USA Checks Cashed & Payday Advance in Oceanside, CA

I rarely complain but my god the gentlemen that just happen to help me ( LOUIE ) was beyond rude horrible customer service ! i never felt so disrespected by a clerk that is suppose to be some what professional ! I went in today to cash a money gram that was sent to me but did not have the reference # , he then told me he cant promise me that he'd be able to find me while he rolled his eyes and ignored my question he left me unattended and walked away from me while i was speaking when he located me on his system , he came back with a money order and ask if i sign the back i then told him i needed the cash he talked over me once again " I said please sign the back ! " as he laughed i then composed myself and ask how is day was going . His reply was " great till you came in " who says that even if that was the case who hired this guy in front of customers and all! That will be the last time i ever do business there

I am very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this business. The Caucasian lady with short blonde hair who works there refused to cash my IRS tax refund check. I even handed her 2 forms of identification (passport/drivers license) so that she could process cashing my check.. I walked to this company from my home close by and was expecting to be able to cash it. She refused to do so and informed me that she did not feel comfortable cashing my check because "I did not sign the back of the check in front of her and that the check could have been photocopied" i told her that I literally just signed the back of the check while waiting in line and that I do not mind her taking a photo copy of my drivers license/passport for her companies records. She said no and that she does not want any issues fown the road for Incase the check I was trying to cash is found to be fraud. I was very upset and was surprised that she declined service to me because I have done business at this company frequently. For your information, if fraud were to be the case down the road that is the reason why identification is requested and photocopied for the companies records before cashing a check for a customer. Proper authorities would be able to contact that customer and find the individual if there was an issue with the check. That is NOT your job to do. The check I brought in was legitimate and from the IRS! I met all requirements in order to be able to have it cashed there. She was very judge mental and I feel very offended and discriminated against. I am making this such a big deal because I had to walk to this location in order to cash my check. I was unable too so I walked to Walmart shortly after and I was able to cash the check with NO PROBLEM and experienced great customer service at Walmart while doing so. Shame on the lady who discriminated against me and for the owner please hire qualified and respectful applicants in the future as I noticed "help wanted" sign out front. As a matter of fact, I am graduating this December from cal state university of San Marcos with a business degree. Allow me to train the lady in customer service.
