After receiving horrible service from two other companies that were unable to close my FHA loan, I found Ted Erickson through an internet search. I could tell from the very beginning that he knew exactly what she was doing. He is always available and even answered my phone call at 11PM on a Saturday night! We were even able to close before the original date he gave me. Now I know not all loan officers are created equal.

Being young, first-time home buyers, we were nervous and anxious about the whole process, particularly during these times of economic turmoil. Ted worked with me to purchase my first home. He did not try and sell me his services but educated me on my options. In the end, it was the lack of pressure and his straight to the point attitude that impressed us the most. Ted knows FHA loans inside and out, and showed me his expertise by showing me all the options, and why one was better than the other. I highly recommend him to anyone that is buying a home.
