Do NOT use this company!! If your client does not like their program they will call your client directly behind your back and try and snake your client! Unfortunately after speaking with the BRE there is nothing I can do about it. Shade is not illegal....just shady. My team & I have worked with Marcel & Aurelia with Capital Benefit on hard/private money mortgage loans since summer of 2014, I feel compelled to share my experience with them because NO ONE in the industry is as swift, reliable or honest as they are. I've literally funded loans with them in 48 hours from time of origination to time of recording (FOR REAL), which is remarkable, no other lender that we've worked with can even come close to those kinds of turn-times. I personally funded about $15M with them in 2016 and hope to do even more in 2017. They are by far our favorite private money lender (and they service their own loans as well) in the industry. They offer 1st Trust Deeds, as well as 2nds (and in some cases 3rds) at very competitive terms. I strongly recommend them to anyone who may be in need of unconventional lending.
