During rush hour this place takes forever 30 minute lines. This is not a theme park or club line... so why am I waiting for customer service?

Came in to cash a check in work clothes from contracting business and they denied me saying my second ID was not valid. Came in the next day in upscale clothing & they cashed my check with the same IDs. There is definitely work discrimination...

This bank does not seem to understand the purpose of a Business line.. Any other bank i have ever been to make sure that the people in the business line are taken care of right away. I always end up having to wait extra long at this location and when i am on company time is an inconvenience when i am having to take the extra time to wait while i am skipped and ignored by all of the orher tellers. If only i could give them 0 stars i would. They are just lucky that my company banks with them if it were up to me i would switch banks in a heart beat.
