I had seen all the bad reviews, but my experience with this branch was great. As I entered I was greeted at the door, and the staff member seemed knowledgable and was able to help me quickly and efficiency.

2 ladies at the counter the worst example of professionalism l have ever face. Absolutely not listening to the point that manager took over her computer in front of me trying to calm down the duty and clumsiness of the other.

We have had some bad experience with HSBC in general (3 different branches in France and now this location in MTV). At this branch it has been very hard for my wife to get a credit card. Tellers were unable to provide feedback pro-actively. We had to call multiple times and finally come to the office to arrange everything. In the end the credit card arrived at a place we had left 3 months before ! Also HSBC website is a pain. I would definitely not recommend this bank to a friend.

The most atrocious bank of the world and most atrocious bank branch of the year award goes to HSBC Mountain View. They will extract as much fee as possible. Even-though you have a premier account, the relationship manager will never contact you. Premier customers are supposed to not wait in the queue with the customer support call, but you will end up in a queue.They will recommend you Mutual funds with higher load. Fiduciary duty for a toss. They are not open on Weekends and close early at 4pm. Hard to get help..Wells Fargo bank down the road and others are a blessing in comparison.
