No sense of customer satisfaction here. Stand in line for a teller, they don't do what is asked. Referred to a banker. Sit with him awhile. He doesn't do what is asked. 45 minutes there & cannot accomplish simple banking task. Why bother?

Parking can get crazy but line moves quick in bank. Generally good customer service but sometimes a long wait and can feel judged.
