False advertising says on poster they only take 2% of printed checks and they r trying to take 3% because of a signature

I did get a payday loan however their customer service sucks. I always have to repeat myself as if they dont understand english. Apparently they need more training!

The Worse experience Ive had with a Loan agency. I spoke with their manager (Jay) about what documents I needed and got denied when I went in to another location. I called back to confront the matter with him and he denied telling me that information and that he ," rune the same speel" everyday and denied me the the customer service line . How does a MANAGER over look some small information about documents and not know the customer service line so I could voice my complaint. Not very professional and is that what they are teaching managers? Wasted my time and gas .
