I've been a member for almost 35 years and have always met with good service and wonderful staff. It's good to walk in to your financial institution and have the tellers greet you by name.

Don't even bother trying to get a phone call through to the office on a Saturday. There is no phone number listed except the tele-services number which tells you to leave a message. They made an error, now I have to wait until Monday to fix it. Customer service is non-existent.

Ive banked with the credit union since 1989 and I used to love this bank ! I went fom a no charge checking account to having $12.00 each month taken out of my checking account . It went from $7.00 to $12.00 with no notice . My other bank doesnt charge me a monthly fee. I remember when banks used to give gifts to open an account and you would get intrest on the money you kept in there. Now I have to pay to keep my money in a checking account?? Any mistake with my deposit costs another $5.00 . The staff is not very friendly, they dont make much of an effort , maybe if you have a lot of money . ive noticed when I had a big balance they were a lot more accomodating .

Not at all a "Credit Union". They more than nickel and dime you at every turn. If you're down on your luck or just moved to the area and haven't found your nitch yet you certainly won't get any help here. Maybe if you have alot of money it might be different. They don't have any of the assurances I've been accustomed to at my old Credit Union. Certainly no better than banking with a regular bank.. At least a bank is convenient
