This is ridiculous!!! I agree, they never answer the phone!! I am closing all my accounts as soon as I can get back to CA. I received my new debit cards BUT unable to activate them because all the calls are re-routed to a call center(which they have no access to activate cards). I've been told someone will call me back, 5 days later & still waiting. After 20years of doing business with Camino & 5 open accounts its time to go!!! I'm taking my money somewhere else.

Terrible service, terrible employees. No one answers the phone and when they do, they cant help you or give you the correct information. They never return y calls. What ever happened to this establishment. I would give this place a big fat fail.
