Veros Credit in Monrovia, CA

I just received a phone call from this place, Veros credit. They were looking for someone who lives with me who was listed as a reference for someone else. They called asking me questions about if the person who lives with me was home, I told them they were not home at the time and would be back later, but when I asked what the phone call was about they would not answer me. They continued asking for more information at which time I asked again what the phone call was regarding. The lady on the phone told me to be quiet and hung up on me. Then I called and spoke to the Manager "Elvira" and her tone of voice with me when I told her how her employee spoke to me was that of which she did not care. Then because I used a curse word during our conversation because i was so mad about how someone can call asking all kinds of questions and then tell me to be quiet and hang up on me, she used that as an excuse to end the conversation and then hung up on me as well, instead of being a manager and managing the situation and explaining to me (even if it was a lie) that she would take care of the situation and speak to her employee. Screw these people, take your business elsewhere, extremely unprofessional. My next step is to notify the Better Business Bureau, and after reading all of the previous reviews about their services, I'm not even surprised.

To everyone bashing Veros Credit with your reviews, you are a bunch of idiots!! If you signed off on a loan from Veros Credit, pay the damn thing!! It's not Veros problem what YOU are currently going through in life or your financial issues! If your due date is on the 2nd of the month and you go past due even by a day, how do you NOT expect them to hound you?! Don't be stupid!! You signed a contract!! Pretend to be an adult and HANDLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!! I've had Veros Credit as a lien holder for just over a year and I have no complaints, even after getting calls from them because I've gone past due up to 5 days. Get a clue dumbasses, ALL of you!!

this place calls my business office 5-8 times a day asking for one of our employees during work hours, they are so unprofessional and they are very rude. i will keep making bad reviews until they fix their issues with employees.

I wish I never have done business with them. Bad on all levels. Although I never missed a payment and never been late, their customer service is terrible even if you are a good customer. Glad I'm done with them! Bye bye Veros.

Very Rude people on phone and I've Never been late on not one payment i called cause i got letter that they needed my proof of insurance i sent it to them but with such attitude she was like the date needs to be further back like she totally didn't believe me that i had the insurance even thoe i told her yeah ive had it since i bought it but what ever they got it wish i would of talked to that same girl again or maybe she's LucKy i didn't lol...
