I'm not crazy about the service. They sent me a credit card instead of ATM and when I tried to ask about it they looked at me like I was stupid. What the f...I never asked for credit card. Can't seem to use ATM and they can't figure that either

Ya know, I've always had wonderful service from every teller I've worked with, but you all need to seriously train your customer service desk. I'll leave it at that.

Kicking customers out of there accounts due to an update. My notice came the day after. No customer service 1800 number either swamped with calls or disabled completely. Emails are standard. No help. Once you have reset up your account. It will take 2 business days for your enrolment to be approved. All negative comments on FB are removed. Oh and they prefer the term Members. Not Customers. Go to the branch. No eye contact at all. 1 teller taking the entire line of customers in a normal snails pace.
