Muy mal servicio de este banko,hace 8 meses que aplique para un prestamo y no he tenido respuesta y llamas por telefono y nunca contestan...

Ese fue el unico Banco k me ayudo abrir una cuenta a ya k en el pasado mi credito se me afecto x estar Como persona para una emergencia familiar y cerraron cuenta y no me avisaron y x solo $156.00 todos Los demas bancos me negaron el srrvicio.

I been trying to talk with someone in this bank for days now, but it seems that the phone service is broken, is the typical press this number for this option, press this number for that option but once you get connected to talk to someone all you can hear is a recorded voice saying: "your estimated time is 1 minute" they made me wait for one hour hearing that annoying recorded message over and over and no one ever answer the phone, I really hope someone from the bank read this review and do something about their broken phone service! And that's why I give this bank a one star review

I've been calling and no answer. Why can't they just have someone answer instead off a machine. !!!shm.
