Chase Bank in Modesto, CA

One of the worst banks to have if you own your own business. Their's only 1 person everytime helping you the lines are super long and they don't have a business line. I've never had such a bad experience with a bank until now. I will most defenetly be changing bank.

This bank only keeps 1 cashier every time I come here. Long one lines and they never open up anyone else. They have these two self help computers that no one ever uses and just a told freaking waste of money. Everyone in line just super upset.

Horrible customer service. Waiting for the multiple bankers who are in a group laughing and gossiping in the little cubicles to actually pay attention and do there job. Literally switching banks tomorrow after work. HATE chase.

This branch is garbage. The tellers are lazy this is the only branch I've ever had to fill out deposit and withdrawal slips. Been banking with chase since I was 18. I won't come here anymore

Worthless! Very stupid people very very stupid the word stupid could not be used enough! The manager the stupidest dumbest little girl and so is one of the workers should work at circus circus nothing but clowns. Worst bank in Modesto! The whole world! inconsiderate little piece of garbage! Traumatic accident in your family? don't go here to cash anything stood they forever and there while my husband has broken bones every were! And a brain injury and these people have no sympathy cashing a check from your insurance company? Don't go to this scummy worthless bank can't say any thing nice about this bank!
