Bank of the West in Milpitas, CA

My experience was very poor. I am a program manager for a non profit who works with economically disadvantaged youth in the Milpitas area. Recently, I brought 3 of my African American male clients 17/18 yrs old to the branch to cash their first paychecks from the program. I have banked with Bank of the West for over 10 years in San Jose. Never had a bad experience. I asked the teller if I could deposit the boys checks into my account and give them the money. They lady said NO! I asked her if we could cash them, she refused to help us. She would not look at the young men and was VERY rude!!! These boys are trying to do right and she couldn't even acknowledge them!!!

they ruined my business need work. They lie to get you to open your account and when you come to get your money they will still hold it even when it was agreed upon differently when I started my account. They don't deserve your money. They tell me to come in tomorrow to see if i have funds to say i have to wait a week. Fu stop stealing my money. This is why theres so many homless.
