Rob is a master of the mortgage game. He's smart, fast and absolutely great to work with. He helped us buy our home in Mill Valley and literally at times seemed to move mountains. He's just the best mortgage banker we've ever worked with across many home purchases. Strongest possible recommendation.

I've used Rob multiple times throughout the past fifteen years and recommended him to friends and family as well. He's honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. He'll give you his honest opinion and listen to your needs rather than try and sell you on something. In fact, the last time I called him he talked me out of refinancing because it didn't make financial sense, how many other brokers would do that? There's a reason he's been in the business for this long and has so many satisfied clients. When buying a house or refinancing, Rob turns the loan process from a headache to a breeze.

I've refinanced a few times and made an original purchase through Rob and I can highly recommend him and his staff. He is professional, pro-active, responsive and transparent about fees and how to get the best rates. He's also extremely knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond what would be expected to make sure you understand your options and are well educated. I have also had good experience with RPM. Their online payment system is easy to use and they do not charge fees for electronic transfers from external accounts... unlike some of the other large banks.

Rob was really great. Although we never met in person, he sent a video introduction so we felt like we had! He was very thorough with all of the information he sent to us and we could not have been happier with the results of our re-fi. The best!

We were first time buyers and foreigners so all the mortgage process was a huge black hole for us. We wanted to purchase a new construction which requires some different processes. That didn't help either! We talked with more than 30 lenders and we finally decided to move forward with Rob for many different reasons (and so happy about it!): - Great communication: we told him we wanted to do everything via email and he actually used that channel (you may think that is stupid, but we didn't manage to do it with any other lender, they wanted to communicate their way instead of ours). As we were going to work through email, Rob sent as a personnel video so we could meet him (isn't that fantastic!!??). Most importantly, he answered all our questions extremely quick (immediately or in less than a few hours) and took the phone during the weekends at any time when we needed him. That is customer service. He was always extremely transparent and we never felt alone during the whole process. He delivered everything promised - Trustworthy: we knew Rob would solve all the problems. We were purchasing a new home so the builder have extra requirements and timelines that Rob managed perfectly. He explained to us every step of the process, what we needed and what to expect. We never felt lost! (is that even possible?) - Competitive rates: the rates and products Rob offered were best on the market and his advice very valuable! Results: We got a beautiful new house with a 80/10/10 mortgage. Better than expected and Rob definitely made the difference. We are already telling all our friends and colleagues.
