Ever feel scared of what bank employees might try to do to you or your account, if you leave negative comments? Well, I've put off leaving a BAD review exactly for this reason. Regardless of BAD and RUDE customer service, my hubby still wants to bank at this crummy branch out of the sheer convenience of it all! LOL Talk about icing on this crummy Union Bank cake! I will be calling corporate office. It was the holiday shopping season and approx 2 weeks before Christmas. Once again Union Bank canceled my new bank card for supposed possible fraud which never happened and was never explained. This, after canceling my last "new" bank cards TWICE- the month before for the same vague reason. In their vague attempts to stop unexplained, never happened yet possible fraud, Union Bank made it next to impossible for me to access MY money without going into their branch and withdrawing cash! Then, to make matters worse- they canceled my OLD "new" bank card and NEW bank card on the same day! Even though my old "new" bank card was still working! LOL So, after waiting nearly 2 weeks for the "new/new" bank card to arrive, I went directly to our home branch in Ralphs to complain. Hubby and I opened our account there for the convenience, as we LOVE Ralphs and shop there all the time. And, this branch is near our home. I was greeted by a bank teller who, after looking bored stiff with what I was explaining to her... told me that the canceled card was MY fault for not activating the NEW card sooner! "Didn't YOU read the fine print?" she asked, rolling her large brown eyes, in her know it all attitude. Nope, sorry- I'm not into the fine print. And she could not explain why my old/ new card was still working, till the same day they canceled my new bank card! Nor did I realize it would take Union Bank TWO MORE WEEKS to send me another NEW bank card! Try shopping with CASH at Christmas! FUN! Thanks Union Bank! Why was my existing new and newer bank card canceled on the same day? They could NOT explain it to me. Suffice it to blame ME for NOT reading the fine print on the new card they sent to me. I mean, come on! 4 canceled cards and 4 new bank cards within 2 months? WTHeck? Oh, but when I asked to speak to the branch manager concerning the rude bank teller, the branch manager actually had the NERVE to defend the rude bank teller! "I KNOW my employees," the manager told me in her know it all attitude. "And she would NEVER talk to a customer like that!" Really??? All I needed was some help and an explanation as to what was going on with my bank cards and account. All I got was MORE attitude from a manager. Gee... couldn't someone have seen how upset I was, picked up a dog gone phone and made a couple of calls to find out what was the problem? Oh no! Don't dare to ask for any kind of help or answers concerning your bank account or canceled bank cards at this branch. And, whatever you do, don't get upset when Union Bank cancels 3-4 new bank cards within 2 months for no good reason! Keep a smile on your face at all times, no matter what Union Bank and their rude employees dish out! Because at this place, the customer is always wrong and rude tellers are actually protected by the same snarky upper management! Snarky attitudes and blame for NOT reading the fine print is all you get with Union Bank and especially this branch. After working in a bank myself, it floors me to see what sort of people work in places like this now. Need a bank job, where rudeness and attitude is accepted and almost encouraged by tellers and their managers? This is your place! Apply now! If you are looking for good customer service and people who actually care, while making your banking experience happy- go to Wells Fargo near Kohls. They are awesome! I opened up my own account over there. Hubby can deal with Union Bank and their flat out RUDE employees till he gets treated like I got treated. I have NO doubts, it will happen soon. Then he will get smart and close our account for good! I will never deal with these rude people again.

I have business and personal accounts with this bank for several years now! ...I love the business banking programs and there is always someone willing to go above and beyond !

Every single person who works there is absolutely wonderful...Especially handsome Jamal! They have ALWAYS been good to me and I appreciate them with all of my heart!
