Equitable Property Management in Meadow Vista, CA

I had my properties managed with another local property management company (not going to name names - Suther...) and got fed up with all the hidden fees. if the tenant pays late i got charged, if i wanted them to pay a bill it was a fee. I ended up managing the management company as opposed to having them manage my property. I switched to WPM back in April and am very happy. THey are very straight forward and dont nickel and dime you, plus they allow your tenatns to pay by credit card which is GREAT. I can also keep updated on my account online which keeps me in the loop. Highly recommended.
