Bank of America Financial Center in Madera, CA

Extremely long lines and always one teller and at most two. Very bad service.

With new managers, less tellers long lines. You should not be waiting almost an hour or more to make a transaction. It is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. This bank is at its worst and a lot of people are banking somewhere else now. Sometimes lines are out the door.

The staff at the Madera Bank of America are very friendly and helpful. My issue with this branch is the long wait times. Every time I have to go in to the branch I wait a minimum of 45 minutes. People in line are complaining the entire time so it's not just me that feels this is unacceptable. I do business with another bank in Madera and the wait time is maybe five minutes maximum. I wish Madera B of A would read these reviews and do something about this problem so that their customers feel appreciated.

Very Bad customer service. Only one teller and to many employees sitting down encouraging customers to apply for loans. .20 ppl in line. 4 ppl alreday left because only one teller. Poor management. Very bad and poor management.

Very bad and slow customer service, if you want to make deposit, here, you will wait at least an hour inside, as of today, long line of the customers to the outside doors, and only two tellers, one of them is new, and needs supervizor's help with every single customer, I hope they can have at least one more teller at this busy time...I wouldnt rate any star if it wd be possible..terrible slow
