Missed one payment and repossessed my vehicle that I owned and got a loan against to help out some bills make previous payment I asked for some help that I was having trouble making the month's payment did not offer any extension orAny other help to keep account current or from keeping vehicle from being repossessed. Instead they repossessed vehicle asked for the payment I missed and another payment and three hundred and fifty dollars for repossession fee which made it impossible to recover vehicle. I believe they're out there to help people default on their loans so they can profit off your vehicle. They were not work with you or help you if you fall behind be careful especially if you value your vehicle and want to keep it.Any other help to keep account current or from keeping vehicle from being repossessed. Instead they repossessed vehicle asked for the payment I missed and another payment and $350 for repossession fee which made it impossible to recover vehicle. I believe they're out there to help people Default on their Loans so they can profit off your vehicle. They were not work with you or help you if you fall behind be careful especially if you value your vehicle and want to keep it. Would not recommend this company as they seem to be only concerned that you fall behind so they can profit off your financial struggles. BE CAREFUL, DO NOT FALL FOR THEY'RE SHADY PRACTICE.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Not only do they violate the TRUTH IN LEN DING ACT OF 1968, but there customer service is HORRIBLE. I had an employee and manager both cursing at me for an error that they made and I was simply letting them know that they were in the wrong. I normally don't write reviews but felt I would be doing the public an injustice to not warn the people. DO NOT use this company, you will regret it and I think I speak for the majority of people who have had an experience with this company. If I could post no stars or negative stars I would do so but to post this I have to at least give them 1 star

Nathan Cruz was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me in the right path to financially be sound. I was struggling for some time, but with his guidance I was able to pay off a good chunk of my debt. Thanks again Nathan!

This is a rip off company. If I could give them less than 1 * I would! They have hidden fees. Beware! Their manager Ms. Berenic Hernandez is not very helpful! She refused to hang up the telephone so I would not give her a bad review. This company is to be avoided at all costs. I am paying off this loan in less than three months. Glad to be out of their "clutches".
