They quote you a payoff and then keep your overpayment and make you Weeks for refund on an error they made. They take weeks to mail title after payoff even when they quote one day. Go elsewhere !!

This thing because it does not deserve to have a proper name, is just a piece of garbage. I tried to register through their website, but it is just impossible. Tried and tried but I was not able to! Hate this company! Now I have to waste time doing my payment through phone and it takes so long!

This is the worst place ever the lady that answer she is so rude I never received my payment bill just got my truck 1 month ago I gave $4000 down and she said I don't care ur truck is under repo I try paying she said we still sending repo! I'm so upset for all my money she said even if I pay they will still go ahead with repo and I can't get my truck back! How it's this posible what kind of finance company are they. I'm gonna take them to court! Honestly I don't care I rather not have nothing to do with them but just because that women was so rude I will do something about this. My husband and I work so hard for the down payment. But everyone like that lady gets there day some called it -(karma)-i call it --(God righteousness)

Just spoke with Laura and she was very friendly on the phone. Helped me with information and gave me good customer service.

There is not one nice thing to say about ANYBODY that works there! Not to mention, every time I wrote a check to make a payment someone from there stole my routing and banking information and took money from my account. I had to change my checking account 3 times before I found out who was stealing my information. Make sure to avoid CANOGA IMPORTS as well. Ray is a scam artist which I believe is why he uses Sierra Credit! I had to put at least 1 star on order to post, otherwise they would get ZERO.
