Worst Company ever! if that's what they even call themselves.more like snakes waiting for someone to almost finish paying off there vehicle then snatching it up for any reason .I was told if I "kept the channels of communication open " that they would work with me on any issues and so I emailed them back and kept the channels of communication open I advise them I was making a payment within 2 days and the day before they repo the car and are expecting me to pay them the 2 mnths that I'm behind plus fees that total more than what's left on the loan not to mention there charging me a $108.00 fee for unpaid telephone payment ? Like seriously wtf is that ? There really gonna try and charge me for them having to call me and me not answering pathetic company they try and squeeze out every penny from you .only reason I fell behind was cus I lost my job and they just swooped in on the vehicle as soon as they could this company is a fraud hope they go out of business soon !

well i talk a girl name maria bicause the police inpound my car and maria is a very nice girl that she tell me is golng to help me to take the car out to my self dont pay so much money and the towing company where my car is thaks you so much maria and god bless you all thank you

Very bad customer service. The service people are Bully's. I would advise people with challenging credit to always pay on time and get away from this company as quickly as possible. Deal with more professional people next time your looking for financing.

This place is terrible when dealing with customers they have a shitty attitude, some reps dont even speak a bit of english.. They hang up on you when they dont hear what they want. If you have questions regarding "random late fees" they give you the run around. to put it simple dont deal with them they are a shitty finance company!!!! REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!

Great so you loaned me some money that i paid back with interest so for that you get a five stars. However, I paid on time for 3 years and paid the loan off with out a glitch. Think I can get you to fulfill your end of the deal and SEND ME a title... NOPE!!! August 2015 paid off the vehicle and never received a title. In fact on and off for over a year and a half I have asked for you to take care of this. Aside from paying several fees and receiving two release of lean forms from you, the first of which said a Jorge Johnson was the owner and not George Johnson whom i am. The DMV still claims you have not done anything on your part to release your name form the title. Would be nice to have a piece of paper as i live in NY now to actually sell the vehicle or give it to a friend so they can sell it. For this form of customer service i have to give you a single star. Hey but alas at least you have your money as agreed and about $50 extra those little fees to that had to be sent in the form of a money order.
