They were very helpful and at the end, under promised and over delivered: I was promised a 2-week closing and they delivered in 7 days. They made me look very professional and because of their help, I've been able to get more opportunities. I'll be using them in the future for more projects.

Pouyan is the meanest, most rude scum I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. He acts as if he is god gift to the world, when really he needs a reality check. His business is a scam, if you value your time and money, do not do any business with him. You will be beyond furious after dealing with this useless waste of air. Save your time.

Peyman asked for 2 appraisals, took 5 weeks to decline a loan and would not answer the phone or answer questions through emails concerning his terms. At the very end he requested money that he knew borrower did not have to complete the deal. This took 5 weeks. He is a very poor business man, and I will never do business with him again.
