45 people only two windows open and two bankers avaible ridiculous

Staff was friendly. Branch manager was nice the one time I've worked with him. In the last week I've been here 3 times to get a stamp that only he has. He's been late, out, and leaving. Nice to feel valued.

Ask for roll of quarters and get nickles inside! Then get some bs about it's not their fault sorry no fix it your the bank. I give zero stars! And took about the 4th time for them to answer the damn phone.

I wouldn't waste my time writing a review, but this is definitely something else. Besides everyone has already explained, I have very upsetting experience with a teller named Vanesa. Totally rude, sarcastic and not willing to solve my issue. They does not care if You spent 25 minutes waiting on the line. Having not time to argue with them, I went to San Fernando branch and Arnold solve my situation in seconds. I hope this help You improve that branch's service.

This branch has the worst people working there. To be passive aggressive because your branch is busy and you dont deal with the volume or the customer service very well, is an internal pproblem. You should always treat your customers nice. period. All of them.
