Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no communication between their staff and customers. They don't care about anything other than taking advantage of people. They pulled out all of my wiring under my dashboard and left my alarm disabled. POOR Representation for whats supposed to be a reputable company. I would NEVER recommend this Company to ANYONE EVER.....

WHATEVER YOU DO !DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE UNFAIR UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY . THE MANAGER IN COLLECTIONS WHOSE NAME IS EDDIE TREATS HIS AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS UNFAIRLY THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE U AN EXTENSION IF YOU ARE A FEW DAYS LATE NOT A MONTH A FEW DAYS ! I'M SEEKING LEGAL ACTION DUE TO THE UNFAIRNESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND THE MONEY THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY BACK IS RIDICULOUS IF 5,000. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY CLOSE TO 20,000.

I was talking with one of their staff and he said they're under new ownership now so a lot of things are improving here :)
