Banks are definitely near the top of the list of worst places to go. But I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this S.F.. The customer service is top notch & I actually felt like they genuinely wanted to help me, instead of rushing me thro everything.

This branch is inside the Stater Brothers. Regular hours, but the ATM is usually ready to go. The staff are very helpful.

I love the friendly staff and the fact sometimes I can sit in a chair while banking.

First off they have no parking which I really hate. I guess it's really not their fault because they're in Belmont Shore. My main issue is that I get a financial aid check from my school every semester and every semester they hold it for a couple days. Those are days I go with out books and sometimes food, depending on my situation at that time. I have complained about it and they basically don't care. I've noticed the Spring St Location, inside of the Stater Brothers, never puts a hold on my check because they understand how important financial aid is to students who need it. They are also trained to notice that it is a government issued check and that I make the same deposit each semester. It's a lot further out of the way for me but the Spring St location is my go to location from now on.
