Bank of America Financial Center in Loma Linda, CA

Called the costumed services and still waiting right night pass 2 hours and 30 mins and still no one is picking up the phone.

This is the works bank only one person working at the desk every Monday this bank has the worst customer service

Have been standing in line for 15mins so far.. Slowest bank I've ever been to. I hope I never need to return.

Im here now. .2 tellers after a holiday. Unbelievable.

This location is way understaffed. Their location is right on the corner across from a hospital and a school of medicine. There are so many employees and students like myself coming and going but they only have on average one to two tellers serving people. I've made complaints but their staff size never changes and there are usually at least four to five people in line when I walk in. I'd say if you have twenty minutes to wait for a teller, then wait, but if you don't, choose another location.
