I was there for 45 minutes waiting to open an account. The only person (Rosa) who can help me to open an account was busy with a customer. I saw many employees there, but nobody was able to help me. I just left, I'll try tomorrow again, I hope tomorrow somebody can help me. Today Wednesday August 12th 2015 I went to the bank and the service was amazing. I want to recognize Shaunda Edwards and David Lopez. They have an amazing customer service skills. I open an account and I'm so happy with the services. Thanks to make the difference guys!

Shaunda, Congratulations on becoming the Branch Manager. We haven't been in the Lancaster Branch otherwise I would of noticed your promotion & congratulated you personally. You've reassured us & our co-workers to stay with the Credit Union, no matter who's name was on the door. That we will always get the same great service.
