I've grown tired of big banks not protecting my money and doing everything they can to overdraft me. I joined this with their elite card and have never overdrafted and they have done everything they can for me to keep as much cash as I can!

My experience of the service from this company is very very poor. Attempting to cash a check the customer service rep. stamped my check void claiming that it was fraud. Well obviously I did not leave the branch until my case was proven the check was good & they released it to to me. During the duration of 2 days following up with this company; all while being told they would still cash it with the void stamp. Finally I was told to come down and they would cash part of it and hold the rest for a week before releasing remainder of funds. After waiting then another 30 min. in their branch they say, "Oh sorry we cannot cash now-it is void"!! It will take 3-6 months to have another check reissued. To take the cake while I am waiting I hear them try this with another customer telling her that her check is fraud too! Obviously this is a game. Not sure what it is that they are gaining from it.
