They forgot about customer service and how to treat their customers that I've been with them for over 10 years they want to charge you for every little single thing

Terrible customer service, A teller asked me a form of id for my dad and she doesn't know a residence is a valid Id. She doesn't even know what a green card is actually called. She had to debate with another teller. She was having trouble determining if the Id is valid, so she just told the other teller to take over because she is going out to lunch. Was trying to do cash advance, but teller said because it's a chip card, she couldn't do it. That is understandable, but it be nice if she pointed me to another US bank that is able to use chip card. Shouldn't your machine be up dated before sending people a chip card. Sigh
